We all know that Jaya Bachchan after marrying Amitabh Bachchan, took a break in movies and spend more time with her family, did you know why?

According to a report, during an interview to BBC in the year 1983, when Jaya Bachchan was asked when she would make her comeback, the actress said she had to raise three kids. By three kids she meant Abhishek Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, and Amitabh Bachchan.

Yes, the actress was pulling her husband’s legs and apparently, Amitabh Bachchan also made it clear that she was just pointing it out to him only.

In addition, in the interview, the couple has talked about Indian cinema, their children, and the musical tours they used to do in the 80s. Amitabh also told that videos are shown in Hotels, traveling busses, and more places and Government should take measures to stop piracy, it was those old days but now everywhere we see piracy of movies.
